Get Active – Every Lunchtime Get Active logo

Get Active sports classes increase focus and self-confidence, boost metabolism and improve coordination. Children can learn and practise new skills in an active and fun way. Get Active also support our lunchtime activities, which have been very popular with the children.

Summer Multisports Club – Mondays 3.20pm – 4.20pm

This club includes football and other games, run by Get Active.  The aim is to build up team skills and develop children’s interest in a range of sports.


Language Clubs

French Club – Tuesdays 8.00am – 9.00am

Spanish Club – Wednesdays 8.30am – 9.00am


Capoeira Club – Tuesdays 3.30pm – 4.20pm or Thursday 3.20pm – 4.20pmCobra capoeira

Capoeira is a unique sport and culture with elements of dance, acrobatics, singing, music, and self-defence. For children this means mastering lots of fun movements such as cartwheels, handstands, bridges, various kicks and dodges then using all these movements in their game to outplay (but never make contact with) their opponent.


Recorders – Wednesdays 3.20 – 4.00pm

RecorderRun by own very own Music Coordinator, Mrs. Brown, this club is open to all Year 2 pupils.

 


Drama – Thursdays 8.00am – 9.00am

Bezerk Productions logoBerzerk Productions offer quality Drama & Lamda Coaching for young creative energies from the age of 6 to 18 years. Established in 1994 and based at Amners Farm, Reading in Berkshire they run Drama Workshops and LAMDA courses in numerous local schools as well as independent after-school classes.
