Can’t See Inline Documents

If you see a message like the one shown below when you try to read inline documents such as the newsletters and policies, the chances are you can easily fix this by clearing your browser cache.

Follow the instructions below for you particular browser and if this doesn’t fix the issue, use the Contact Us form to get in touch.

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the gear icon at the top right corner of your IE window
  2. Click Internet options under Browsing history section of the first tab
  3. Click Delete
  4. Select the following options before clicking Delete: IE clear cache settings

Google Chrome

  1. Click on the Customize and control icon at the top right corner of your Chrome window (it’s the icon with three horizontal lines)
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Show advanced settings… at the bottom of the page
  4. Click Clear browsing data…
  5. Change the Obliterate the following items from drop down box to the beginning of time
  6. Tick the Empty the cache box
  7. Click the Clear browsing data button
