Capoeira Club – Tuesdays 8.00am – 9.00am Cobra capoeira

Capoeira is a unique sport and culture with elements of dance, acrobatics, singing, music, and self-defence. For children this means mastering lots of fun movements such as cartwheels, handstands, bridges, various kicks and dodges then using all these movements in their game to outplay (but never make contact with) their opponent.

 Choir – Wednesday 3.20am – 4.15pm

Run by our very own Music Coordinator, Mrs Brown, this club is open to all Year 2 pupils.

Street Dance – Wednesday 8.00am – 9.00am

Run by Get Active Improving children’s rhythm, confidence, spatial awareness and fitness to the latest and best chart music. Street dance is a serious cardiovascular workout, but is also terrific fun. Being part of a team, learning the dance moves together, watching
and contributing to something that looks and feels wonderful, gives an enormous buzz.
